Like other common respiratory tract infections, Influenza and SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, share similar signs and symptoms. Additionally, co-infection with SARS-CoV-2 and other respiratory viruses, including influenza and RSV, has been described. It is estimated that SARS-CoV-2 co-infections may occur in 20.7% of patients.1
